Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute the property’s sales strategy to drive revenue and occupancy
• Drive group business including corporate offsites, incentive groups, and wellness retreats
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across Corporate, MICE, and Leisure segments
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
• Conduct proactive sales calls, client meetings, and networking events
• Organize and host site inspections and property showcases
• Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and roadshows
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts including DMCs and event agencies
• Support pre-opening commercial activities and market penetration strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams on promotional initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or resort sales
• Experience in lifestyle, experiential, luxury, or destination hospitality
• Strong background in group sales, corporate accounts, MICE, or events
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve revenue targets
• Established network within the UAE corporate, DMC, and travel trade sectors
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
