Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives
  • Set targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks while driving accountability
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to improve sales skills and objection handling
  • Optimize the full sales funnel from lead to close
  • Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and workflows
  • Monitor pipeline health and deliver accurate forecasts using HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Support hiring, evaluation, and onboarding of new sales representatives
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and data-driven sales execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or business development leadership
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and improving team performance
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, agencies, or high-growth startups
  • Background in sales enablement or training programs
  • Experience scaling teams or sales processes
