About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives
- Set targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks while driving accountability
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to improve sales skills and objection handling
- Optimize the full sales funnel from lead to close
- Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and workflows
- Monitor pipeline health and deliver accurate forecasts using HubSpot or Salesforce
- Support hiring, evaluation, and onboarding of new sales representatives
- Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
- Maintain strict CRM hygiene and data-driven sales execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or business development leadership
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and improving team performance
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
- Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, agencies, or high-growth startups
- Background in sales enablement or training programs
- Experience scaling teams or sales processes
