About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify, target and acquire new clients across relevant markets and sectors
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and partnerships
- Build strong relationships with key clients for long-term engagement
- Promote the company's digital exchange and payment solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account development
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and commercial offers
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and service agreements
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide forecasts and reports
- Work with operations, compliance and customer service teams on client onboarding
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in payment solutions, fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of generating new business and hitting sales targets
- Understanding of payment solutions and international payment processes
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Understanding of client onboarding and compliance requirements
