Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing telephone and written advice on loan comparisons
  • Manage customers from initial contact through to contract conclusion
  • Conduct needs analyses to find optimal loan offers for customers
  • Support customers in fulfilling their financial wishes without cold calling
  • Utilize modern communication tools and digital closing processes

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., telesales or retail)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • High level of reliability and an engaged way of working
  • Motivation to develop professionally
  • Ideally a completed commercial vocational training
