About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales pipelines within the UAE financial services sector
- Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy for Lending, Wallets, Cards, and Digital Banking solutions
- Coordinate with enterprise accounts and internal product and delivery teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Translate commercial negotiations into actionable tasks and deliverables
- Gather client needs and market intelligence to inform platform enhancements
- Monitor and report on sales pipelines, enterprise account performance, and deal metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven track record in B2B Enterprise financial software or fintech sales
- Strong network across banks, MFIs, payments companies, and fintechs
- Experience in enterprise/consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and the regulatory landscape
- Deep knowledge of the UAE financial landscape
- Technical understanding to discuss platform integrations and requirements
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
