About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Oil and Gas sector
- Lead the full sales cycle from qualification through contract closure
- Manage major tenders and EPC opportunities for Telecom Systems projects
- Build long-term relationships with operators, EPC contractors and government entities
- Lead a team of sales engineers and provide coaching and support
- Develop account plans and growth strategies for strategic customers
- Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams on proposals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or Mechanical Engineering
- 10-12 years in Telecom Systems sales, 3-5 years in Oil and Gas sales leadership
- Proven record of meeting sales targets in UAE and Middle East markets
- Experience selling CCTV, access control, PAVA, fire detection and intruder alarm systems
- Understanding of Oil and Gas standards and EPC business practices
- Commercial acumen in contract negotiation and risk assessment
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Valid UAE driving licence
