About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the UAE Sales team to deliver revenue and market growth objectives
- Translate commercial strategy into territory plans and field execution plans
- Drive sales performance through effective territory management and account planning
- Provide regular coaching and field accompaniment to Sales Representatives and Product Specialists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key aesthetic clinics, physicians, and practitioners
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations
- Manage the UAE sales budget and resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in aesthetics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
- Proven track record of managing and developing sales teams
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Established network within the UAE aesthetics and injectables market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
