Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through industry events, networking, and online inquiries
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents, and career advisors
• Present training program benefits and career opportunities to prospects
• Negotiate program fees and enrollment packages to meet sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and aviation career opportunities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless student experience

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, aviation, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar sales or administrative role
• Strong understanding of the aviation industry
• Experience in flight operations and training environments
• Experience with GCAA examination and pilot/cadet medical bookings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Market Analysis and Research software
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Proven ability to execute sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
