About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote bank products
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products
- Maintain call productivity, lead conversion, and pipeline management
- Guide customers through the application process
- Record customer information, sales details, and call outcomes in CRM
- Coordinate with fulfillment and processing teams for timely case completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or any diploma
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Available to join immediately
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, customer-centric approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound or tele sales
- Basic understanding of banking products
