About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage sales databases and documentation
- Assign clients to Account Managers based on location and language preferences
- Support new business onboarding and account setup
- Provide operational support and point of contact assistance to clients
- Monitor credit utilization and manage failed payments and contract activations
- Onboard and educate new and current account managers
- Create coherent reports and provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams
- Serve as the liaison between the sales team and Sales Ops/Operation teams
Requirements
- Minimum of secondary education; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or a sales enabler position
- Experience in e-commerce, classifieds, or pricing strategy
- Account management experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Excel
- Current knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
