Sales Operations Executive - Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales databases and client documentation
• Verify client pools and assign clients to Account Managers based on location and language
• Assist with new business onboarding and account setup
• Monitor and report on credit utilization for account managers
• Support onboarding and education of account managers
• Utilize business tools like Sales CRM and Learning Management Systems
• Provide actionable insights to guide sales and marketing teams through data reporting
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and operations teams

Requirements

• Minimum of secondary education, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enabler roles
• Experience in e-commerce, classifieds, or pricing strategy is required
• Account management experience
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
