Sales & Operations Executive (UAE)

Responsibilities

• Develop new broker partnerships and maintain strong existing relationships
• Generate business through direct client acquisition and broker referrals
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients, subject to management approval
• Own individual targets based on repaid originations
• Manage client onboarding, KYC documentation, and initial case submissions
• Keep CRM records accurate and cases progressing on time
• Coordinate with underwriting through signings, site visits, documentation and disbursement
• Manage post-disbursement client relationships to support repeat business

Requirements

• 4-6 years in SME lending, invoice factoring, business finance, banking or fintech
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage broker networks and close financing deals
• Strong understanding of UAE SME financing and credit processes
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and attend in-person meetings in Dubai
