About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Sales Operations partner for regional distributors and emerging channels
- Manage distributor and customer onboarding, item setup, and product documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service
- Support commercialization and launch readiness for new products and packaging
- Identify and resolve execution gaps in orders, shipping, and inventory availability
- Manage aging, short-dated, and closeout inventory disposition
- Develop scalable processes, tools, and reporting
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
- Demonstrated experience onboarding new customers
- Familiarity with Syndigo/1WorldSync, Salsify, or similar syndication tools
- Program and project management capabilities
- Accurate, efficient work with excellent follow-up communication
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CPG supporting Regional Distributors, C-Store, and Foodservice
