About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets
- Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices to promote and sell coffee machines and equipment
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and supervise staff
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, purchase orders and delivery
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after-sales support
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, invoices and branch performance reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant field sales experience in coffee machines or commercial equipment
- Bachelor degree in business administration
- Proven sales, business development and customer acquisition experience
- Experience in branch management and staff supervision
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience dealing with suppliers and delivery coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UAE driving license
