About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone customer consulting and active sales of credit solutions from partner banks
- Act as the central contact person from initial customer contact to contract conclusion
- Create tailored offers based on customer needs with a strong focus on closing
- Utilize modern sales methods and tools to manage the sales process efficiently
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in direct sales or telesales
- Ideally experience selling products or services in finance, banking, or insurance
- Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Clear, professional, and binding communication skills over the phone
- Experience with CRM systems and general technical affinity
- A "hunter" mentality with a drive to win customers and close deals
