Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone customer consulting and active sales of credit solutions from partner banks
  • Act as the central contact person from initial customer contact to contract conclusion
  • Create tailored offers based on customer needs with a strong focus on closing
  • Utilize modern sales methods and tools to manage the sales process efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in direct sales or telesales
  • Ideally experience selling products or services in finance, banking, or insurance
  • Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Clear, professional, and binding communication skills over the phone
  • Experience with CRM systems and general technical affinity
  • A "hunter" mentality with a drive to win customers and close deals
