About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and execute sales activities for assigned accounts
- Drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships
- Collaborate with regional, country, and Headquarters stakeholders to align sales strategies
- Lead commercial development of assigned markets or territories
- Coach and mentor new Sales Representatives
- Analyze market potential and customer opportunities using sales insights
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records and account plans within sales systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related commercial field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of aviation, travel, or hospitality industry is advantageous
