About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads through inbound channels
- Advise customers on solutions and build relationships through customer service
- Prepare email sequences and respond promptly to customer emails
- Follow up with leads via email or phone
- A/B test approaches to improve conversion rates
- Conduct online platform demos of the SaaS Source Code Escrow platform
- Create and negotiate offers to close deals
- Upsell to active customers
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience with a record of meeting targets
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Comfortable with a variety of technology platforms and tools
- Enjoy giving online demos
- Experience working with diverse companies and industries
