About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the ICE field execution framework by segmenting customers and applying value-based targeting
- Deliver compliant, high-impact customer engagement using approved brand messaging and digital tools
- Act as a trusted therapeutic area commercial partner to HCPs, explaining clinical data and product use
- Maximize technology enablement support systems to enhance customer engagement impact
- Collect and share field insights on market dynamics, competitor activity, and territory needs
- Participate in local events, meetings, and promotional activities in compliance with governance standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Value & Access partners
Requirements
- Degree/education in a relevant discipline
- Proven successful performance track record
- Experience in Immunology or Dermatology is preferred
- Experience in launching new products is preferred
- Solid experience in the UAE market is preferred
- Solid communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Established experience in successfully managing and engaging TMEs
