Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Process warm leads via telephone following a fixed process
• Conduct structured initial conversations with prospects using defined scripts
• Qualify prospects and coordinate next steps in the sales process
• Schedule and document appointments with qualified leads
• Maintain and update conversation results in the system

Requirements

• Organized, precise, and conscientious work style
• Ability to follow existing processes and workflows
• Enjoyment of telephone-based sales and structured communication
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
• High level of reliability and punctuality
• German language proficiency (Native or Fluent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in telephone sales or customer communication
