Responsibilities
- Own 100% of outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for Sales Executives
- Conduct cold calling and outbound activity in a high-volume SMB environment
- Qualify leads for landscape, tree care, and snow removal operators
- Work closely with the SDR Manager and Sales team to maintain pipeline
- Represent Granum at trade shows across Canada and the US approximately once a quarter
- Track metrics and stay accountable to KPIs
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (cold calling, door-to-door, or B2B)
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to travel to trade shows in Canada/US once a quarter
- Strong organizational skills and CRM management ability
- Resilience against rejection and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
