Sales Representative RO

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels
• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Contact prospects to understand their needs and present products or services
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery calls
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
• Manage leads and sales activities within the CRM system
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and following a structured sales process
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• Professional, proactive, and results-driven attitude
