About the Company
smava is an online comparison portal that helps customers find transparent, fair, and affordable loans by connecting them with partner banks.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing telephone and written advice on loan comparisons
- Manage customers from initial contact through to contract conclusion
- Conduct needs analyses to find optimal loan offers
- Support customers in fulfilling their financial wishes without cold calling
- Utilize modern communication tools and digital closing processes
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., Telesales or retail)
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- High reliability and an engaged way of working
- Motivation to develop professionally
- Ideally a completed commercial vocational training
