About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone contact with potential customers based on a conversation guide
- Structured coordination and planning of appointments
- Preparation and follow-up of conversations according to checklists
- Support strategy consultants in daily business operations, including documentation and preparation
- Maintain accurate information within the system
- Occasional attendance at events with defined task areas
Requirements
- Disciplined, organized, and diligent approach to tasks
- Ability to thrive within clear structures and routines
- Calm and friendly telephone manner with strong information transfer skills
- Reliable implementation of instructions and clean documentation
- Experience in customer contact, marketing, or consulting is a plus but not required
- Fluency in German is required
