Sales Supervisor - Asian Beauty

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day performance and execution of the Asian Beauty portfolio across the UAE
• Lead and support a team of 10+ Beauty Advisors
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand standards in stores
• Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, and key account stakeholders
• Manage stock, testers, and orders to ensure timely delivery
• Drive sales to achieve agreed targets and identify new opportunities
• Ensure displays and planograms align with brand guidelines
• Support activations, launches, and events
• Develop and maintain regular reporting using data and analysis

Requirements

• Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, pharmacy, or lifestyle environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, field-oriented approach with understanding of retail operations
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to deliver against targets
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
