About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with healthcare providers and clinic staff to obtain patient documentation
- Follow up on missing or incomplete information to keep orders moving
- Serve as primary contact for clinic navigators and referral coordinators
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Track and manage patient orders from initiation to completion
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and sales and operations teams
- Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA requirements
Requirements
- 1-3 years in healthcare, sales support, customer service or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with HIPAA and protected health information
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
