About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the annual training plan and strategy for Prosigna sales representatives
- Develop and update comprehensive training curriculum including written and video content
- Lead classroom sales training and manage onboarding for new sales hires
- Conduct gap analyses and assess the effectiveness of delivered training programs
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs to execute training workshops
- Ensure all training materials follow regulatory and compliance requirements through MLR approval
- Evaluate sales rep performance and provide feedback to Regional Sales Directors
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial sales training or equivalent medical/biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience
- 4-year degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, education, or related field
- Familiarity with commercial medical sales in the IVD or LDT space
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and Salesforce
- Ability to travel 15-25% for in-person training needs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting breast cancer oncology products or diagnostics
- Demonstrated experience facilitating sales training for field-based commercial teams
- 2+ years of Veracyte experience
