Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Lead complex, multi-stream projects across global teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence and matrix leadership
  • Present technical solutions to stakeholders and translate them into business value
  • Manage third-party AppExchange solutions and support M&A integrations

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications
  • Strong experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations
  • Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools
  • Hands-on experience with data management, including data loads and mapping templates
  • Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems
  • Familiarity with content management platforms like Seismic
