About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
- Lead complex, multi-stream projects across global teams
- Lead cross-functional teams through influence and matrix leadership
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and translate them into business value
- Manage third-party AppExchange solutions and support M&A integrations
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications
- Strong experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and RCA implementations
- Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions
- Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools
- Hands-on experience with data management, including data loads and mapping templates
- Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems
- Familiarity with content management platforms like Seismic
