About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce Service Cloud configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and permissions
- Troubleshoot user issues and handle routine maintenance and data hygiene
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other support tools
- Own the roadmap for telephony and contact center platforms including CTI integration, call routing, and IVR
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telephony rollouts
- Build and maintain dashboards on support performance such as volume, response times, resolution rates, and CSAT
- Identify trends and flag operational issues surfaced by data
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Service Cloud preference
- Experience with contact center or telephony platforms like Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio Flex, NICE, or Genesys
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Fintech or regulated industry experience
- Contact center migration experience
- Basic crypto/blockchain knowledge
