About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure lead and opportunity management processes, stages and reminders
- Integrate communication channels and lead sources with Salesforce
- Implement lead assignment and reassignment rules with history tracking
- Maintain data quality, dashboards and reports
- Integrate Salesforce with websites and external services
Requirements
- Fluent Russian for requirements, solution discussions and training
- Hands-on independent Salesforce configuration and maintenance experience
- Sales Cloud processes and Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities data models
- Salesforce Flow, validation rules, queues, reports and dashboards
- API and webhook integration experience with duplicate prevention
- Apex and SOQL proficiency with tests
- Data imports, cleansing and bulk updates
- Sandbox deployments and version control
- English proficiency for documentation and support communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate development experience
- WhatsApp, telephony, email and advertising lead form integration
- Lightning Web Components and integration platforms
- Salesforce administration, development or Sales Cloud certifications
