Salesforce AI & Automation Associate

Responsibilities

• Support development of AI-powered service and sales agents in Salesforce
• Configure Salesforce Flow, Omni-Channel Routing, and AI-driven case management
• Work with third-party AI, NLP, and RPA tools
• Help integrate AI workflows across platforms to improve efficiency
• Work directly with clients to understand needs and guide AI adoption
• Assist in training client teams on AI-powered service and sales tools
• Test, refine, and improve AI-powered service experiences with senior engineers

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud
• Interest in AI, automation, and chatbot development
• Familiarity with third-party AI platforms or RPA tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Strong communication skills for non-technical users
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in AI, automation, or workflow tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI or AgentForce
• Exposure to OpenAI, Google AI, or Azure AI
• Experience working with clients or providing mentorship
