About the role
About the Company
DemandPDX is a Salesforce Crest Partner and a Shopify Plus Partner with high ratings for Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The team consists of experienced developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers, all residing in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery timelines
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements grooming sessions
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership
- Define test scenarios and business validation criteria for new functionality
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager
- Direct experience working with Salesforce platforms (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Proven ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience managing product backlogs within Agile environments
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Product Owner)
- Experience in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments
- Experience supporting eCommerce or digital experience platforms
- CSPO, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications
