Salesforce Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery and stakeholder workshops to define business objectives
• Translate business intent into capability models, BPMN process architectures, epics and user stories
• Define future-state operating models and end-to-end process designs aligned to Salesforce best practices
• Own requirements lifecycle management from ideation to backlog refinement and acceptance criteria
• Partner with technical architects to translate requirements into multi-cloud solutions
• Develop capability roadmaps, transformation blueprints and business cases
• Support pre-sales, solution shaping and proposal development

Requirements

• 8+ years as Business Architect, Functional Lead or Senior Consultant in Salesforce or digital transformation
• Strong client-facing experience leading workshops and requirements definition
• Expertise in BPMN and requirements engineering
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle CRM
• Proven delivery of functional artifacts such as process maps and solution blueprints

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration vs. customization trade-offs
• Experience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• Salesforce consultant certifications
