Responsibilities
- Manage product merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including categorization, sorting, and search optimization
- Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across the site
- Optimize product listings, content, and on-site search to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with campaigns
- Analyze site performance metrics and user behavior to inform decisions
- Maintain product data accuracy, including pricing, inventory, and content
- Partner with developers and QA teams to test and validate merchandising changes
- Identify opportunities to improve navigation and product discovery
- Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives within SFCC
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware)
- Strong familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, catalogs, promotions, and search merchandising tools
- Solid understanding of online merchandising principles and conversion optimization
- Ability to interpret data and make informed merchandising decisions
- High level of accuracy in managing product data and site content
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing tools and personalization platforms
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience working with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager certification
