Responsibilities

• Manage product merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including categorization, sorting, and search optimization
• Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across the site
• Optimize product listings, content, and on-site search to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with campaigns
• Analyze site performance metrics and user behavior to inform decisions
• Maintain product data accuracy, including pricing, inventory, and content
• Partner with developers and QA teams to test and validate merchandising changes
• Identify opportunities to improve navigation and product discovery
• Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives within SFCC

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware)
• Strong familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, catalogs, promotions, and search merchandising tools
• Solid understanding of online merchandising principles and conversion optimization
• Ability to interpret data and make informed merchandising decisions
• High level of accuracy in managing product data and site content
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing tools and personalization platforms
• Familiarity with SEO best practices
• Experience working with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager certification
