About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver role-based Salesforce training through live sessions, virtual training and office hours
- Lead the Salesforce enablement workstream for new agency onboarding
- Create and manage onboarding project plans covering readiness, communications and training
- Develop user communications for Salesforce releases and process changes
- Create and maintain end-user documentation, job aids and FAQs
- Gather feedback and drive continuous adoption improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in a similar Salesforce role
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience developing instructor-led and virtual training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management fundamentals
- Willingness to travel periodically
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
