Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services, including implementation, consulting, integration, and managed services
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across sectors such as travel, hospitality, real estate, public sector, telco, banking, and retail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
- Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and alliances to develop joint go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with internal strategy, design, and engineering teams to craft winning proposals and technical solutions
- Own the sales forecast, pipeline development, and deal closure targets within the UAE market
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, DXP platforms, or consulting services sales
- 2+ years of experience specifically with DXP-related offerings
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, their business value, and the competitive landscape
- Deep knowledge of the UAE market with an existing network in enterprise or government sectors
- Proficiency in English; Arabic fluency is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build C-level relationships
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to negotiate with procurement
