Salon Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized
• Manage product inventory and assist in sales of salon products
• Record daily sales and assist with administrative tasks
• Coordinate with stylists and other staff to optimize scheduling

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a salon or beauty environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and CRM systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Professional appearance and attitude
