Salon Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone, email, and in-person.
• Answer client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Maintain accurate transaction records.
• Handle cash, card payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Support marketing activities and client retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a salon or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment management software.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
