About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for SAP ASM Functional regarding all delivery topics, issues, and concerns
- Act as the primary escalation point for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks
- Empower the delivery team to achieve high-quality deliverables while maintaining 100% alignment with SAP AMS process requirements
- Ensure all target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are met and contractual commitments are fulfilled
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP consultant in modules such as Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM), FI-CO, or Success Factors
- Functional background in FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, or PP
- Advanced English language skills
