About the role
Responsibilities
- Serves as the main operational contact for SAP AMS Functional regarding all delivery topics, issues, and concerns.
- Acts as the primary escalation point for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks.
- Empower the delivery team to achieve high quality deliverables while maintaining 100% alignment with SAP AMS process requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring all target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) and contractual commitments are fulfilled.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience.
- At least 5+ years of proven experience as SAP consultant in modules such as Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, Success Factors, etc.
- Advanced English proficiency.
