Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical management of complex private cloud landscapes
- Perform continuous administration including troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Manage proactive monitoring for health, jobs, integration, performance, and data growth
- Execute technical housekeeping such as log cleaning, security patch maintenance, and data partitioning
- Handle change and release management for transport landscapes
- Meet stringent SLAs including 20-minute reaction times for Priority 1 incidents
- Provide technical mentorship and highlight risks to leadership
Requirements
- 5–7 years of expert hands-on SAP Basis administration and support experience
- Valid SAP Certification in Basis Technology (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in SAP Focused RUN, Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Advanced English proficiency
