About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) using S/4HANA Public and Private Editions
- Utilize ticketing tools and IRT to manage and resolve issues within defined SLAs
- Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Lead and train team members to foster growth and knowledge-sharing
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Editions
- 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Editions
- Certification on S/4HANA Public or Private Edition EWM
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
