About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP user and authorization administration
- Design roles and remediate Segregation of Duties conflicts
- Review critical and sensitive authorizations for compliance
- Translate functional specifications into SAP role designs
- Support change management, testing, and technical validation
- Troubleshoot security issues and coordinate with functional and ABAP teams
- Lead junior consultants and handle complex customer issues
Requirements
- 5-6 years of SAP Security and GRC experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC
- Strong role design and authorization management skills
- Experience with SoD conflict remediation
- Spanish speaking skills required
- Good conversational English
- Ability to work shifts and out-of-office hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting UAT and integration testing
- Background in steady-state support and maintenance
- Ability to work independently with customers
