SAP Security and GRC Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP user and authorization administration
• Design roles and remediate Segregation of Duties conflicts
• Review critical and sensitive authorizations for compliance
• Translate functional specifications into SAP role designs
• Support change management, testing, and technical validation
• Troubleshoot security issues and coordinate with functional and ABAP teams
• Lead junior consultants and handle complex customer issues

Requirements

• 5-6 years of SAP Security and GRC experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC
• Strong role design and authorization management skills
• Experience with SoD conflict remediation
• Spanish speaking skills required
• Good conversational English
• Ability to work shifts and out-of-office hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting UAT and integration testing
• Background in steady-state support and maintenance
• Ability to work independently with customers
