SAP Solution Architect HCM/SuccessFactors

Responsibilities

• Define and take responsibility for holistic HR-IT architectures from target image development to implementation in complex SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes
• Act as a sparring partner for decision-makers during presales and proposal phases to develop sustainable solution strategies
• Make architectural decisions and set guidelines for project teams to ensure scalable and integrable solutions
• Design hybrid system landscapes (On-Prem & Cloud) and manage integration scenarios using SAP BTP, CPI, and APIs
• Identify new opportunities and strategically develop existing customer relationships
• Manage proposal processes, develop architecture concepts for tenders, and create reliable effort estimates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting within the SAP SuccessFactors or HCM environment
• Deep understanding of HR processes and their mapping in complex system landscapes
• Experience or strong interest in sales-related topics, specifically presales and proposal processes
• Confident communication skills at the decision-maker level
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and integrations in HR-IT landscapes
