About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess the current ILI surveillance system against CDC evaluation attributes and produce findings and recommendations reports
- Design and develop an enhanced surveillance data repository with automated ingestion, processing, and monitoring of daily facility export files
- Build automated alert and notification logic for missing, delayed, or incomplete data submissions
- Develop standardized reporting pipelines for national, Area, and facility levels
- Create interactive dashboards and visualization tools using Power BI or Qlik
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and business rules
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions and develop onboarding materials for IHS staff
