Scholars Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review scholar applications and provide scores
• Assist Scholar Board with selecting winners
• Ensure winners are invited to the Internship program
• Track scholar progress and check-in on their stories
• Track impact statistics and share monthly reports with the community
• Highlight stories and work with families to share with donors
• Maintain website statistics and publicly shared data
• Collaborate with Video and marketing teams
• Partner with organizations, colleges, and universities to expand impact

Requirements

• Ability to volunteer 10-15 hours per week for at least 12 months
• 1+ years of program or project management experience
• 1+ years of experience in financial aid or scholarship administration
• Experience in public health, public service, or community-focused roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate remotely
