About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and challenge school leaders on self-evaluation and School Improvement Plans
- Carry out quality assurance, including visits, lesson observation and scrutiny of work
- Triangulate evidence, including insight from digital and AI platforms such as Flint AI
- Help schools prepare for inspection and accreditation, with safeguarding at the heart of evaluation
- Support implementation of Flint AI and train staff
- Lead the Digital Learning Leads network across Cog UAE and Cog GCC
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in schools (Head, Deputy or Assistant Head)
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and evidence-informed improvement
- Experience of school evaluation, governance, peer review or inspection
- Experience leading or overseeing digital learning in a school
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Experience in international schools or multiple curricula, and a recognised teaching qualification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of schools in the UAE or wider GCC
- A master's degree or senior leadership qualification
- Experience as an external reviewer
