About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate ingredients to develop evidence-based claims across the product portfolio
- Review marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance and elevate claims
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to research ingredient benefits and inform new formulas
- Support clinical study initiatives and design trials for new products
- Develop substantiation dossiers and scientific guidelines to upskill internal teams
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a health-related scientific field (e.g., nutrition, biochemistry, molecular biology)
- 3-5 years of experience in science, regulatory affairs, or product development
- At least 1 year of experience within the dietary supplement or food industry
- Deep understanding of scientific research methods and analytical skills
- Familiarity with FDA and FTC regulations regarding dietary supplements
- Experience with clinical study design, management, and analysis preferred
