Science Specialist

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on real-world scenarios and theoretical science questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a science field (Physical, Earth, Environmental, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, or Scientific Literacy)
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and "show your work"
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet

• Teaching experience
• Published scientific work
• Lab or field research experience
• Science communication project experience
